How can I change the default blog on the Dawn theme?

I’m using Dawn theme and I just migrated to Shopify. When I did, all the tags from my old blog created new blogs in Shopify. Needless to say, I don’t need all those blogs, but when writing posts, the default is one of these old blogs and one has to go all the way down to the bottom to select the correct blog.

Is there a way to make the “old” blogs hidden or make the correct blog the one that it defaults to? I have collaborators that write posts, and I want to make it easier for them NOT to make a mistake.
