How can I change the language setting in my Sense theme?

Hi!! So i’m currently editing an edited Sense theme that I bought from someone, and there are some things I can’t figure out how to change can someone please help me with this? The image below indicates my problem, I want the language to be in English as it is currently in dutch. Where can I find this in the code?

You can try that by modifying the language.

settings → language → change

I have already set it to English and it hasn’t changed!! Because it is a coded theme, I believe it is somewhere in the coding, and i did actually change one of them in my product page but i cant seem to change it in the collections. Any clue where it might be or how to fix it?
