I have recently switched themes from Narrative to Craft. I had a cookies banner installed on my old theme but I don’t know how to check to see if I still have it on my new one. I have tried contacting Shopify help chat - repeatedly, on 3 different devices - but every time I select my acount I get sent back to the page I’ve just left. I emailed support and got back an automated email directing me to shopify support - where I went round and round in circles again…
Please can anyone help me?

To provide you with the best possible advice, can you please let me know if the cookies banner you used was an app?
If yes, apps would inject the code to the currently published theme at the installation time. Once you switch to another theme, you may need to re-apply the app settings to the new theme.
Let me know the app’s name, and I’d love to see if I can help. However, in this case, the best course of action would be to contact the app developers, as they would most probably be able to do this on your behalf.
