I’m new store owner and I have a question about fulfillment status. I’m using Printify to ship my products to customers and it says my order was fulfilled but I can’t see if the order is out for shipment and I don’t have a tracking number to add tracking

Generally once you fulfill an order via Printify they would get an email and fulfill the order for you. From the Shopify end, the order is fulfilled so with that in mind, it could be worth reaching out to Printify directly with this one to make sure you have everything set up correctly there and to double check from their side if the order is infact fulfilled. You can contact Printify directly here on their community and then see their guide for fulfillment status here.
