How can I clone a full eCommerce site for international use?

Hello

I am developing a USA based Shopify site that our German parent company also wishes to use for ecommerce in Germany and the EU. What is the best way to fully clone my site and make it available to them? They do not need to be synced thereafter. We would then be able to modify the site to meet their needs.

Any suggestions?

Expert the theme
Export the products
Upload everything to new shopify account
match configurations
And you are done.

p.S - use API or some third party tool to export products , if you see any fields missing in CSV export.
