I am trying to combine two automatic discounts with each other. The issue I am having is that its favoring the bigger discount. I want both discounts to be offered at their full amount. One discount is a buy y get x and the other is a product discount. And suggestions?
Yes you can do this.
You will want to check to make sure both discounts are selected for accepting product discounts.
Go to your discounts
Click on your Buy X get Y Discount
Scroll down to combinations
Select Product Discounts - Select the one you want
Go to your Product discount
Scroll down to combinations
Click Product discounts and select the ones you want.
