I installed an app from CED Commerce and then I felt I do not need it hence requested a refund. CedCommerce refunded my amount however, I do not know how to confirm the refund on Shopify. Under the Billing in Settings, it is still showing as Active subscription. Can anyone provide me contact information to contact shopify to fix the issue. I am unable to find the customer service support where I can speak with someone or email someone in Shopify to notify them.

If the app charge was processed using Shopify, then the app’s developer can issue you a refund or give you a credit. Credits will be applied towards any future Shopify App Store purchases. All credits that are applied to Shopify App Store purchases are documented on your subscription bill. If the app charge was processed outside of Shopify, then the developer can process a refund according to the original payment method used.
If you don’t want to use an app anymore, then you can uninstall the app from your store from the Apps page in Shopify. It’s important to note, that some apps modify the theme of your online store. You should check to see if the app requires additional uninstallation steps before you remove the app from your store.
