How can I contact a live representative for fraud queries on Shopify?

I’m attempting to contact a live person to answer questions about fraud on Shopify and hopefully stop a payment from going through. The AI assistant is useless. Is there a way I can talk to a person?

If so, you can opt not to fulfill the order and instead cancel/refund it. This helps to avoid any potential fraudulent activity within the shop and limits the risk of receiving a chargeback. As for getting in touch with our support team, you can certainly connect with us if the virtual assistance chat box is unable to answer your questions. To get in touch, you can follow the steps outlined below:

  • Head over to the Help Center
  • In the virtual assistance chat box, please type Contact Support
  • This will prompt you to log into your shop
  • Once successfully logged in, you will see the option to Chat with a Support Advisor
