How can I correct the wrong courier selection in the Shop App?

Hi, I am currently building our first shopify store and I use zenstores to print and dispatch orders.

I did a test and when I dispatched an order it worked as it should gave the right tracking number and courier for the customer to track it via email.

The problem is on the Shop app it selects the wrong courier, I am from the UK and we use APC. But the app sets it as APC in the US. So the tracking doesn’t work.

How can I fix this is it possible? On the shopify order screen it is correct with APC Uk it’s just on the shop app which I love. So I hope i can get a fix for it.
