How can I create custom order forms for my ecommerce store?

I want to create new customade orderforms, when a customer makes an order i want them more nicer than the standard forms you get from Shopify. How that is possible?

Beyond that to actually change it’s design in look or structure or behavior requires knowledge of html,css or javascript. You may need to just search the app store if you don’t know how to work with theme code and don’t want to spend time on that.
