I think you can create a new page template with your own customization. By using this way you can ultize theme sections for decorating your landing page. For more details of my idea, have a look at the screenshot

look your image, I think your theme still not support for OS 2.0, so you cannot build a new landing page by create a new template in theme customize.
In this case I think you should use an PageBuilder app to build landing page.
