The text is typically available to edit in the theme customizer. Either in theme settings or in the footer section. If not, then you may want to reach out to your theme developer for assistance.
You can manage the payment methods you select under Settings > Payments

These are great questions! You can remove ‘Powered by Shopify’ from your online store by navigating to Online store > Actions > Edit Language. Once you are editing the language on your theme, you can type in the search bar “powered”. When you see the search results, you can remove the text in the field and enter one space and save the changes. This will remove the text from the footer of the online store. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
In order to edit the payment icons in the footer we will need to make edits to the coding of the theme. We have a great help document that can walk you through making edits to the payment icons in the footer of your online store.
