Thanks for posting to the Shopify Forums.
On most themes, the name of your business under Settings > General is input in this placeholder. It’s meant to be replaced with your store’s logo.
If you don’t yet have a logo, we recommend using Canva as you can create beautiful eye-catching logos for absolutely free.
