good afternoon, I no longer use my shopify store, but today money was deducted from my card. what does it mean.
please help me delete this shop

but here is how you would close or deactivate your store.
- From your Shopify admin, go to Settings Plan.
- Click Deactivate store.
- If applicable, review the options to switch to the Pause and build plan, or start a new store.
- If you still want to deactivate, then click Deactivate store.
- Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.

With regards to the money that has been deducted from your card; did you pick a plan during your trial period? It’s most likely to be a monthly plan payment, but to confirm we’ll need to gain access to your store account. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback via the Shopify Help Center. The Shopify Support Advisor you connect with will also be able to help you close your store and ensure no further payments are taken.
