How can I disconnect unwanted stores from my user account?

Is there a way to remove stores from my user that I no longer work with?

I am a freelancer that help improvements of stores on the backend.

I dont want to cancel or deactivate any store, only remove them from my user.

Some stores I still have access to and can remove my self from, but for some stores my access has been suspended so i cant enter the store to remove my user.

Either way, all these stores still show up under my user, active or not.

The issue is that when I go to shopify.com - log in, I see a long list of stores (50+). Where I only work with about 10 of those still.

Some of these stores are deactivated, some are active.

Can I remove them so they are in no way connected to my user and do not show up under my stores?

See screenshot of example.

(also this is not a partners account, I was added as “staff” user)

Hey, @Sandra80

That does look strange. It looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit our help center here and log in to your account to create a support request. From there, a support advisor will be able to assist you in removing those old staff accounts. Since this is the next step I’ve marked this reply as the solution for the benefit of others who may discover this topic.

If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
