Hi I have recently opened a shopify store and need to know how to download a basic excel spreadsheet where I only need the name of the date of the order, name of the customer, amount paid and fees deducted for payment method.
Easy! Log into Shopify, head over to your orders section, and then click ‘export’ on the top right.
Shopify will send you a .csv file spreadsheet to your email with this information.

As Keira already mentioned you can export this order data directly out of Shopify!
If you want to get into more detail, aswell as schedule your exports to run them automatically I would recommend you our App DataChamp! It is very easy to use and to set up and a great tool to export data out of your Shopify store!
