I am wanting to duplicate a product page that I have created, everything from price to variants to finer detail drop down info, and use this throughout my website, changing only certain parts like image and description for each product. How do I do this?

From what you’re saying, I’m guessing you have created a products page using the ‘Customise’ area on your theme. This will apply to all of your product pages already.
As for the product information, you will need to go to the ‘Products’ area on the left hand panel, then create a new product. Here you can create all of the options you mentioned above.
Once you have done this and hit save, you can click the ‘duplicate’ button at the top of the page. This will make an exact copy of your product, so you can then make the changes needed for each product.
