You can edit your robots file (which excludes specific pages from your sitemap) by following the instructions here:
https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/promoting-marketing/seo/editing-robots-txt
Or else you can use an app like Sherpas Smart SEO (https://apps.shopify.com/smart-seo) to simplify the process, without needing to do any coding edits.
