When someone enter my website first time from abroad, the popup(attached) appear straight away and it makes so slow my website. How can I remove it? I couldn’t find any related title about it.

Thank you for the screenshot Artronauts. It appears that the popup is very similar to the default one included with your theme file (Prestige), but instead of a newsletter sign up it is a currency converter.
Do you have any currency converter apps installed on your store? Did you enable one within your theme? Was this customized within the theme code by a developer at all?
To check your apps list you can choose the APPS tab on the left hand side of your admin.
To check your theme file, go to Online Store > Themes > Edit Theme and you should see the settings for the default pop-up at the top of the left hand column.

Thank you for your quick response. I’ve just removed the currency converter app and also untick the newsletter form on pop-up section and the problem is sorted.
I don’t know if the problem would still be solved if I didn’t delete the application, but I realized that I don’t need the application anymore.
