Hi, can anyone tell me how to remove the 10,000 purchase limit from our cart, i want this to me unlimited or at least allow the customer to purchase all stock available.

First check the product|variants inventory settings and that “Continue selling when sold out” is checked.
If that doesn’t remove a limit then you need to customize the theme and find what is inserting the max value for that range and remove or disable it.
