How can I enable Canada shipping for only specific products?

We currently have a US Shopify site which we use for sales of US warehoused inventory for shipments in the US. We also have product in stock in a Canadian warehouse, but it is only a small subset of our US product line.

Is there a way to enable Canada shipping, but only on the products we have in our Canada warehouse?
