I am trying to enable cart notes but I don’t have the option at all? I’ve followed the directions to add but it just doesn’t give me the option under cart.. even after I add an item. HELP!

you have easy to manage
go to edit code >>> theme setting > cart
go to edit code >>> theme customization > open cart page
I tried to go to customize theme and then cart but there is no option to enable cart notes.
I may be misunderstanding. Very new to this. Can I do this by adding a code?
