How can I enable real orders and payments on my store's checkout?

Hi

when an order goes to the checkout once arriving at the credit card page it says (this store cannot accept real orders or payments)

How do i fix this problem so my store can make revenue

Hi @Beautyfx ,

Please check that your payment gateway is not on test mode.

If it is in test mode, then you would have this problem.

My test mode is disabled but still have the problem

The other two situations are:

  • You are on a trial/free Shopify plan. You need to start subscription
  • Or you are a Shopify partner on a development store. The ownership has to be transferred to be able to make the store live.

I am on the Shopify basic $38 mth

The development store help me understand that a little more my domain is at GoDaddy

but my store is here on Shopify
