hi, a lot of people cant go to my site, i dont know how to fix it, help?
Hey, @bigpapi890 .
Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.
Based on your screenshot, it looks like you may have connected a third-party domain to your store and the Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate still hasn’t finished provisioning on your store. Typically, the SSL is set up automatically within a few hours and the website warnings should stop appearing. However, as there’s only a limited amount of information I can get from your screenshot, this wouldn’t be something that I can confirm without being able to access your store on the Shopify Community.
That being said, if you’re still experiencing this issue after a few hours of connecting your domain, then you’ll need to share your store URL with us so that we can take a closer look. Alternatively, you can also get in touch with us via the Shopify Help Center, where we’ll be able to access your account and provide account-specific support through live chat, email, or callback.
Once you’ve resolved this issue, I’d love to hear more about your business and share some resources. What kinds of products are you selling? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?
hi elias, thanks for the answer, but the domain in working almost a full year, and it never happend before
Hi, @bigpapi890 .
Thank you for following up and providing the additional context.
If your custom domain has already been working for a full year, then it’s possible that there’s something that is requiring your attention from your domain provider. Did you get a chance to check the third-party dashboard of your domain? If so, did you see any notifications that requires your action (eg. domain expiration or domain renewal)?
If you’re not seeing any notifications from your domain provider, then it looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue. Since you didn’t share your store URL, then please visit the Shopify Help Center and log into your account to create a support request. From there, we can access your account and further assist you through live chat, email, or callback.
Please keep us posted on the issue and share any insight on the resolution, as there could be others in the community struggling with a similar issue and coming across this thread. Cheers.

Hi, @bigpapi890 .
Thank you for sharing your store URL!
I’ve taken a look at your storefront. However, I wasn’t able to replicate the same issue. Can you check whether clearing your browser’s cookies and caches can help resolve the issue?
Here’s what I am seeing when I visit your store:
If you continue to experience this issue after clearing the browser, then please get in touch with us through the Shopify Help Center so that we can further assist you. We look forward to connecting with you soon. Cheers!
