How can I fix mismatched product IDs in Pinterest and Shopify?

pinterest says they will take away my verified status in a few days because there are some errors in the tag health (overall tag health is healthy!

add to basket event says: Too few of the Product IDs included in your Add to basket events match the product IDs in your catalogue.

checkout event says: Too few of the Product IDs included in your Checkout events match the product IDs in your catalogue.

it is linked to my shopify website with the Pinterest app etc

please advise simply how this can be fixed…

I just got an email from Pinterest with the exact same issue. Has anyone figured out how to fix it without hiring someone? Not sure why this would suddenly become an issue?

I emailed Javed, but he needs my login for both Pinterest and Shopify. Can you tell me where you found him? I’m cautious about sharing my log-ins without some sort of credentials or way of finding out more about the tech person. Thanks in advance!
