How can I fix my Odoo integration issue?

I had problem with my Odoo integration.

it kind of crashed and I can’t manage to load it again.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with the app Odoo Connector to get this resolved. I would recommend contacting the app developer directly for further investigation, but have listed a few local troubleshooting steps you can try below:

  • Try accessing the shop from an Incognito Tab to determine if the app loads as expected.
  • Attempt to uninstall and reinstall the app from the Shopify App Store.
  • Try to access the shop from another device and/or browser to determine if the app loads as expected.

If after attempting the outlined steps above the app continues to populate an error, you can also Contact Support to allow for us to investigate this further!
