I need to get my product and review snippets fixed and fill in the missing field on google rich result.
Does anyone know how to edit HTML and get it fixed ?! Please help!
Google primarily base the Rich Snippet enhancements in search results on Schema-data. So your site need to have that.
You can check the Schema-data on any page on tour site with this tool:
https://validator.schema.org/
There can be many Schema elements, such as this example:
What you should look for is “Products”.
The “Product” element can contain a lot of different data. Not all of it is required. Look for any errors or warnings.
Having said that, even if your data is perfect Google may not always show it - or all of it. But the best you can do is make sure the data is there and then, genererally keep optimizing your website on all other parameters.

However, my problem is the following error I’m getting on Google Rich Snippet enhancement in search console.

Missing field “ratingValue”
Either “ratingCount” or “reviewCount” should be specified
I need to fill in the missing field and I don’t know how to do it!
It should be listed as a “warning” not an “error”.
You only use aggregateRating if you actually have ratings on your products. The data should be based on actual user ratings. Most plugins that handle user ratings will include the appropriate Schema-data.
It does not matter what’s it called dude, what matter is the solution that you don’t know anything about!

Just got it fixed. It was because of a plugin (which is actually called app!), thanks anyway.
