Hi, could someone help me regarding the 404 page within the Dawn theme. It does not appear to be working and when I click on the 404 template within the theme itself it just blinks and defaults to the home page, as if there is some bug. How can I add a 404 page? any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated as always. Thanks
Can you try to update Dawn theme to newest version and check again?
Hi Dan, there is not a standard upgrade path yet from Dawn 8 to 9, so I will wait until I can update without having to change all the settings and formatting manually. Normally if I wait another while, there will be an option to update and retain all the settings.
It will create a new copy theme and settings of old version
I am afraid it does not, the preview for 9 does not contain all of the current formatting. The only code I have changed to is the tracking from Google, so there are no other changes.
I removed an app that that had an option to have control of the 404 page and that seemed to resolve everything, thanks. I can now manage the 404 template page
