Hello everyone, I need help I’m using ONERWAY for my payment method but once I click “check out” and click “credit/debt” as a payment method it shows an error that says “there was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method” is there any solutions?

If you haven’t already done so, I recommend troubleshooting this using the steps below to begin with, to help rule out any potential browser or device caching issues:
- Try to test your payment gateway via an incognito window
- Or, you can use your usual browser but to clear the browser’s cookies and cache prior to conducting your tests again
- You can also try another browser. For example, if you’re using Safari, you can try via Chrome or Firefox
- You can also try to use another device, such as a different laptop or computer if you have access to one
If the issue still persists after the steps above, because Onerway is a third-party payment gateway that operates outside of Shopify, you’ll need to contact the Onerway support team directly. They can help you investigate this issue in more detail from their end.
