Why is the 'ONERWAY' payment method failing at checkout?

Hey everyone.

I added the payment provider “ONERWAY,” then went to my store’s site and tested to see if the payment method worked. When I’m at the checkout, and I click “credit/debit” as a payment method, then “pay now,” it shows an error that says this: “There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method.”

I have activated the provider, and it is not in test mode.

Can anyone help me figure this out?

Thank you for your question. We have checked and found that this problem is caused by your store’s failure to record on ONERWAY.

Please note: No certification is required to install ONERWAY. However, before making a transaction, the store must be audited by ONERWAY before it can use the payment service.
