I recently Purchase the 29 Dollar plan But I accidentally Purchased the plan for the wrong shopify Store account, I would like a refund so I could purchase plan for the right Shopify account in store
I was meant to purhcase the plan from this account that i am currently using but i accidentally used a wrong one.
While the Terms of Service state ‘No refunds’, we also know that accidents like this happen. Therefore, we can certainly look into it for you.
