How can I get a refund for a product never received?

I purchased a product through a store here on Shopify and recieved a confirmation email regarding my order however I have yet to recieve anymore from them despite reaching out to them via email as that’s the only information listed for them. The store is Hexport.com - it has been over a month now of me reaching out to them and still receiving no answer from them. Is there anybody who can help me get my money back from these crooks? I really need this money for bills now as I’m falling on hard times. I pray that this can be resolved and I’m not just flat out of luck. My situation is dire and this money will make me or break me right now.

Sorry to hear about your order not arriving, that’s very frustrating. Because Shopify doesn’t have any involvement with the day to day business of stores on the platform, your best first step is to contact them directly which you’ve tried to do. Now, your best next step is to reach out to your bank as they have measures set up for intances like this.
