Why haven't I received my order confirmation or products?

I am Ruchita Parikh,

I have placed order on 12-Jul-2022 , I never received any confirmation email or products.

Please help me on the same.

I just received an sms about the purchase, I am sending you the screen shot of SMS received post payment & payment receipt of the same.

Thanks for your reply, but I am customer who has purchased product (goods) & now the seller is missing from shopify.

Please check the below sms I have received :

Hi Ruchita, thanks for your purchase of Rs. 906.00 from Traditional Shop! We’ll notify you when it ships. (#1299): traditionalshops.myshopify.com/

Can you please guide me how can I recover refund, I think its a fraud as the link specified in no long valid.

You will need to dispute the charge with your credit card company.
