How can I get a refund for an unauthorized Shopify charge?

Hi Ma’am/Sir.

I badly need help!!! This is what happened, On December 17,2023. My bank account was charged $348.00 from Shopify. The first thing came up in my mind was an unauthorized charge because it says computer online store… So I thought someone purchased an item with that amount without my consent. So I called in my bank and report the chaged, and to go through an investigation. It was came up an authorized charged. I did my very best to remember what I purchased or did… until I remember about the store that was built by Nick. Then I did think deeply to remember the email add and password. The store was inactive. I didn’t get any sales. I was ignorant and I wasn’t aware that it was set as automatic renewal of subscription. If I just knew in the first place I would just cancel it/ It caused me anxiety and depression because the amount was charged was very huge and I’m not using the store anymore. Also, I didn’t make any sales. I’m asking you to please close the account and please help me to get my money back or refund.
