if you are on the free trial there is nothing to refund?
did you see a with-drawl come out?
you are only charged when the trial ends or you pick a plan
My free trial was suppose to finish yesterday, but yesterday the shopify charge me before I closed the store. please refund me as I already closed the store. I don’t use the subscription as the free trial no one buy from my store.

Shopify doesn’t provide refunds as outlined on our Terms of Service here. In saying this, you can get in touch with our live support team here to chat further about your situation. From there, our team can take a look at your account from our end and discuss this matter further with you.
On a side note, it takes a bit of time and work in order to get both traffic and sales on your store. Laying out a business plan for your store is something that I recommend store owners do, as it will help identify some key areas that can help a business grow.
With having an independent website that you run on an ecommerce platform like Shopify, marketing your online store also helps drive some traffic to your website. I’m curious to hear if you’ve tried any marketing strategies for your online store at all?
