How can I get a report on users with abandoned carts in my new store?

You can access the abandoned checkouts from the Orders menu in the Admin:

Thanks for your reply, but I am looking for abandoned carts, before they start the checkout process. Any input?

Hello @Flugel ,

In Report Pundit you have the option to generate pre-made and customized abandoned cart reports

You can view the customer details, product variants, quantity, etc of the abandoned carts in the report.
