Hello. I wanted to pay for the store plan ($29) added a card but the payment will be charged May 13 (at the end of the free use). How to pay right now to start the store

Thanks for getting in touch. If you’ve chosen a subscription plan during your trial period, you still won’t be charged until the 14-day trial comes to an end. However, even if you have not yet paid for your first month’s subscription, by choosing a plan you will be able to disable the password page on your store and start selling as soon as you are ready.

Hi, you can start your store right now to disable the store password in the Preferences Area in Shopify (Settings). You are getting a Bonus from Shopify, that means, you have to pay in the middle of May, the first 14 days is just the free trial.
