How can I improve my clothing website before launching ads?

Can someone give me some feedback on my website, will launch more clothes in a couple of weeks. I want to run ads then, but first I want to improve my website.

noceoclothing.com

looks very good

I noticed at the top it states free shipping on orders over $70 - but everything else in in £’s.

if that helps?

The default search landing page is a bit off, I mean it’s empty. You can show products on that page as well by simply updating the default search on the website with different search solutions. Other significant observations for store optimization are as follows:

  1. Incentivise customers with irresistible offers that boost your checkout rate by 25%+.
  2. Make sure your social media pages open at the new tab instead of the same tab. This will ensure your customers stay on your website while looking at your social presence.
  3. You should add terms and conditions and FAQs if any, again these also help in building search engine content.
  4. Add a live chat option on the website.
  5. Taking someone to the cart is a challenge. So to make them buy from your site, add a longer product description as it leads to better SEO ranking in Google search. Ref article from Shopify
  6. Further to increase your average order value you can add another section of Frequently Bought/Clicked/Trending/Bestselling products on your home page.
  7. Add a sale page, I can see you have products at discounted prices.
  8. Put “Secured and trusted checkout with” in your footer.
  9. Delay your newsletter pop-up to allow your customers to browse your store. It’s frustrating at times and the visitor will leave.
  10. Finally, I would also recommend you to try Sparq product filters and search to replace the default search on your store, this app allows advanced custom tag product filters for collection pages, synonyms, spelling correction, and other such features. Visitors with the search are high-intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users. Check out the features live here.

I hope you find these suggestions helpful in enhancing your store’s performance and providing an improved experience for your customers.

Your site looks clean, and high-end which certainly works with the streetwear style. The home page needs more storytelling – include a brief brand mission or lifestyle shots for some emotional connection. Product shots are nice, but I would add models for scale. Streamline the navigation, margins the load time and include size guides for some trust prior to the ads.

Hey, checked out your site. The overall look is clean, so you’ve got a solid base. Before running ads, a few things will help your conversion rate:

• Product pages feel a bit minimal, so shoppers don’t get enough context to commit. Add clearer benefits, sizing clarity, and lifestyle photos if possible.
• Right now everything is sold individually, which makes the cart feel light. Clothing stores often convert better when you offer simple bundles or outfit-style suggestions. It helps shoppers understand what goes well together and increases AOV.
• Make shipping, returns, and delivery times more visible so people don’t hesitate.
• Strengthen the homepage flow — guide visitors toward a specific product or category instead of leaving everything “open”.

Once these pieces feel tighter, your ads will work way better. If you want, I can go through which bundle setups fit your collection and target audience.
