my name is Nadia and I would like to ask for an honest feedback about my Online store. I started this journey since quiet a while and I personally find it difficult to do everything by myself but I’ve got a strong will of fire and a positive mental attitude. I’ve taken a look at your online store (www.nananekochibi.com) and it looks like you’re off to a great start!
I think there’s a nice variety of sections on your homepage. However, there may be an opportunity to showcase individual products or brand visions using other sections offered by your theme. For example, if your theme has a Featured product section, then you can use that to display newer products. Or, if your theme has an Image with text overlay section, then you can use that to talk about your brand or company vision!
That being said, I am seeing some issues with the slideshow images, as two of the slides seem to be slightly cut-off on my desktop and mobile. Though the slideshow images are responsive, you may want to readjust the two images. If you need any help with readjusting the images, then I’d recommend taking a look at our guide: Best practices for slideshows, image banners, and full-width images.
I noticed that you have a wishlist on your store. Have you thought about offering a rewards program for your customers? Or, have you considered using Shopify Inbox to communicate with customers on your online store? Also, do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?

About the rewards program I haven’t thought about, but I will check the link.
I thought multiple times to unable the inbox for a much better customer service but I find myself a bit scared of it. I guess I should overcome my fears if I want to improve.
I don’t have at all a Marketing plan! shame on me 
I still need to learn a lot of things.

You have really done a good job on your store design. Just a couple of things you can do better to improve in-store engagement and conversions-
There is no CTA button on your homepage banner. You might want to add one - say, “Shop All” or “New Arrivals” to create excitement.
The text below the hero section is hardly legible. You might want to increase the font size and type too
On your collection page, there are lots of products that look similar. Check out product badges that help you highlight your top-selling products/ on-sale products/ trading products and so on.
The rest look great!
