Hi @AllCareStore

Your consistent growth in DA, PA, and backlinks is a great sign, but if you’re getting impressions without clicks, the issue might be with your meta titles and descriptions, they may not be enticing enough, so try crafting more compelling ones with clear benefits and strong keywords.
Also, since you’re a US-based brand, ensure your content aligns with search intent by targeting long-tail keywords (like “best medical supplies for seniors in the US”) to attract more relevant clicks. Your site’s technical SEO looks solid, but double-check your page speed and mobile-friendliness with tools like Google’s PageSpeed Insights, as slow load times can hurt rankings and user engagement.
And consider adding more lifestyle-focused product images and customer reviews to build trust and encourage clicks from those impressions

Improving your Shopify store’s SEO is crucial for better Google rankings.

Here are some tips for your store:

Optimize Your Site Structure: Create a logical hierarchy with clear navigation to help search engines and users find your content easily.

Conduct Keyword Research: Identify relevant keywords and incorporate them naturally into your product titles, descriptions, and meta tags.

Enhance Product Descriptions: Write unique, detailed descriptions that provide value and include target keywords.

Optimize Images: Use descriptive file names and alt text to improve image search visibility and accessibility.

Improve Page Load Speed: Compress images, leverage browser caching, and minimize code to enhance user experience and search rankings.

Build Quality Backlinks: Earn backlinks from reputable websites through guest blogging, partnerships, or creating shareable content.

Utilize Blogging: Start a blog to cover topics your audience is searching for, naturally linking to your products within the content.

Implementing these strategies can significantly improve your store’s SEO over time.

Remember, SEO is an ongoing process, so regularly monitor your site’s performance and adjust your strategies as needed.

Hi @AllCareStore

After viewing your raised question here, I made a test of your store page speed by the way, and attached the results with screenshots and the URL here for your reference.

Suppose I’m a visitor who would like to purchase from your store, but after waiting for a long time and still being unable to access it, I may choose to give up and turn to other stores for my purchasing. A fast-loading speed web page can shorten the waiting time for a visitor and gain more traffic honestly. Maybe you can suggest your team get some attention on this aspect while doing SEO on the website.
