Hi all, we relaunched our online shop in November with a new theme and since then our online store sessions have been dramatically down on Shopify Analytics (although not on Analytics/GA4). Screengrab below.
Does anyone know how we can recover the data and report more accurately please? All other stats seem to be fine.
