How can I improve the mobile view design of my website?

I m trying to have a better design for my mobile view only.

this is what i have already:

and i would like to have something like that:

in short: I would like to reduce the size of the search icon, the cart icon and the translator logo and also push them all as much as possible to the left on the screen

could anyone please help me?
