Hello, I would like to connect GCash as one of our payment providers for our store.

Great questions! We do understand the importance of having different payment methods added on your website, as they give your customers more payment options!
To add the GCash payment method, gateway, you can have this added as an Alternative payment method. You can find this by going to Settings > Payments > Alternative Payment Methods in the admin. From looking at their help doc, it looks like you will need a PayMongo account first before adding this to your store, you can read more about set up here at this link.
As third-party gateways are supported by the gateway companies themselves, we would be limited in what we can do to assist from here in Shopify. Just to keep in mind, if you run into any set up issues, they themselves would be best to reach out to for extra support! There is a support ticket system here in case you ever need it.
