I’m trying to complete my ad account and this message comes up.
“There was a problem creating your ad account because we couldn’t link your pixel. Try connecting your pixel to your ad account from Facebook” however I haven’t a clue how to do this and I wonder if anyone can help me.
Facebook has a detailed guide on how to connect your pixel to your ad account or business manager on this page. I recommend following it as per the advice on the banner you encountered while setting up the Facebook channel. thanks for guidance, this might sound like a silly question but do I click on business manager on my shopify account or is it in Facebook?
Maybe you could send me a screenshot of the tab a should be starting with.
That’s not a silly question at all. If you look at the guide I shared on adding a pixel to your business manager, there’s a link to the Facebook Business Manager page found in step 1.
This link will direct you to your business manager on Facebook if you’re logged into your Facebook account. You can also access it here.
