I am unable to log in because I changed my phone number and I no longer have my recovery code, so I cannot get around the two factor authentication.

We’re not able to provide account-specific support via Community Forums at this time, so you would need to reach out through the Help Center. Since you’re unable to login, reach out to the virtual chat assistant and type in “Can’t login”. Then, you will see a button at the button that says “I still need help”. From there, open the “Account support” link and scroll down to see the support options.
