How can I manage customer accounts and multiple invoices in Shopify?

I currently am setting up Shopify for a low voltage company, I am running into problems where we have customers that walk in our store and have an account with us. They order/ pick up what they need and leave then pay later. It doesn’t seem Shopify has the function to pay multiple invoices at a time or manage customer accounts. (Send monthly statements and make partial payments)

All help would be appreciated.

I don’t believe there’s a way for customers to pay multiple invoices at the same time.

There are apps for merging orders, but that probably doesn’t help with allowing customers to pay all invoices at the same time (as it’s not clear if these apps work with draft orders or not – if they’re just for regular orders, that wouldn’t help, as a regular order means the customer has already paid).

For now, your best bet is to create a draft order for the customer (which you can save and continue to add to, as they take more things from your store) and then you can email them the draft order when they’re ready to settle-up.
