I’m trying to settle up payments for my wholesale customers. Sometimes they want to pay certain invoices at once in one payment . There is no way to check the invoices you want to checkout and submit one transaction has anyone found away around it?

Today I found an app that merges orders together with the same customer ID and shipping location.
This video takes you through it. I haven’t had time yet to try it but seems promising.

@Trish457 Theres no way to do it with Shopify POS. Rent a bank card reader, usually they will give you a fee period like 6 months and then after its a super small fee, something in the order of $5 a month if your based in Aus (not sure for rest of the world), then just mark paid inside Shopify after the customer has paid. The fees are lower as well especially for AMEX. Shopify charges 2.9% + 30c where most banks, depending on your volume charge around 1.7% per transaction, plus you can transfer the surcharge to the customer instead, a feature shopify or paypal does not offer.
