How can I manually rearrange products in my online store?

I need to rearrange two products and the sort only gives me A-Z sorting. How can I manually rearrange these products?

This is a great question! Would these two products be located on the homepage of your online store or are located on a collection page?

If they are in a collection, you can change the assortment of the products on your collection page by navigating to the Products > Collections within your Shopify admin.. Once you are on the collection page, you should see the dropdown menu that will allow you to change the assortment. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
