How can I migrate content from Symmetry Theme V5 to V6?

Hi,

Is there a way I can easily migrate all my content and customizations from the old version of my theme to the new version? Symmetry theme

v5 is live and I have v6 of the theme in my themes ready to be customized.

=> Do I have to manually re-build each template and page with images and text?

In regards to the copy settings, I don’t see that anywhere in the theme settings
