Hello, Guys hope you are doing well can you please guide me I want to move my Woocommerce Products to Shopify I have tried different apps but these are paid so kindly guide me on how can I do this.THanks
Hi @Hamzataj
mostly all apps are paid for store migration.
If you don’t want to use app then you can do this manually.
Welcome to the Shopify community!
We are always happy to help you.
yes, We will guide you how to migrate your Woocommerce Store into Shopify. it’s a long process you have to do it by the manually.
if you need help. then let me know we will help you.
Thank you.
Here’s how I would approach this:
-
Export your products from Wordpress to csv
-
Download the Shopify product import csv template
-
Organize your csv to match Shopify’s csv template
-
Upload
If you have a lot of products and a lot of csv fields to move around you could do either of:
a) Look for an app that will convert Wordpress csv to Shopify csv
b) Hire a developer to write a custom script that automates step 3 above. I’ve done stuff like this before, basically as a developer you read the source and destination csv file then create rules with code that move csv fields from 1 location to another.

Hey @Hamzataj !
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community, and I am excited to hear that you are joining us here at Shopify!
Your question is a great one, while migration may seem like a daunting task, we are here to help every step of the way! As others have mentioned in this thread, most of the migration apps would be paid, however we have our very own free Shopify app here called Store Importer that will do the work for you. With this app you can import details for products, customers, orders, and inventory directly from your WooCommerce site and the best thing is that there is no fee to use this app.
I am also going to share some helpful resources below which will also help start the process:
- Here is a YouTube video if you are a visual learner like myself: Migrating Clients from WooCommerce to Shopify: Why and How to Make the Move
- Take a look at our help center guide: Migrating from WooCommerce to Shopify
- I’d also recommend checking out this help center doc at this link on things you should consider before you perform the migration.
- Cart2Cart have a great public article here on how to migrate too, so it’s worth checking out.
Separate to your query, I just wanted to say that we’re always here to chat with you about how things work on Shopify or any technical aspects you might need assistance with. If you want our opinion about your business plan or site layout, even with marketing and growth aspects you’re curious about, then be sure to reach out. Almost anything you have questions about when it comes to eCommerce, I’ve likely at least seen others touch on before and will be glad to help you too!
Good day,
I apologize in advance for my amateur English but I use Google Translator. ![]()
I have an adult website https://www.xamaters.com/ where I enjoy Wordperss Woocemmerce. His services are not the best for me and I have found that Shopify is better at selling products.
I know it’s possible to migrate to Shopify, but is it possible to keep the Litespeed optimization or my CDN settings?
Thank you very much for all the help.
Sincerely
Mastero9 ![]()
Hey @susdsfst !
Thanks for reaching out on this thread.
I am excited to hear that you wish to migrate your store to Shopify. Which platform are you currently using? Are you looking to migrate your store manually using CSV files or automatically using apps? Let me know so that I can provide you with the relevant information!
I am in the same case, I think of migrating my website Reborn21 on shopify but I do not know how to do. Can someone help me?
Hello @AstraMedia !
Thanks for hopping on this thread!
It is great to hear that you would like to migrate over to Shopify. If you didn’t have a chance to check out the resources shared on this thread, then there are a couple of ways to achieve this.
If you would like to migrate manually, then this can be done via CSV files to bring over customer information, products, orders, and inventory. While this is the more time-consuming process, for merchants on a budget this can be a great option instead of paying for an app. If you would like to go down this route, then I would recommend the resources below to get you started!
2).Importing products with a CSV file
Alternatively, you can do this much easier and faster by using many apps that are on offer. Our own tool Store Importer at this link is a great choice for this, along with another popular contender, the Matrixify app here.
I’d also encourage you to check out our help doc here: Migrate to Shopify if you have the time, this will provide you with the basics! Which platform are you migrating from?
Hello @Maz
Thank you for suggesting Matrixify app for this!
Among all other ways - you sure can migrate your WooCommerce/WordPress data to Shopify with our app! For WooCommerce Products, Customers and Orders migration our app uses WooCommerce API which means that migrated data might be more complete than using CSV file migrations.
Here you can find our step-by-step tutorials on how to migrate your data from WooCommerce to Shopify.
If you have any questions or issues along the way, our support will be happy to help!
Hey @mastero9 !
Thanks for your message on this thread!
The methods you are using for your Wordpress site aren’t designed to integrate with Shopify, there are tools built into the platform that can provide analysis, guides, and solutions for your store. As for the CDN, Shopify provides merchants a world class content delivery network backed by Cloudflare. Using our CDN means that your online store will load quickly around the globe, so in this case you would be using our own CDN for your website and cannot move any settings over.
If you’re interested in learning more about Shopify, I would definitely recommend checking out our FAQ page here.
I hope this is clear, but please let me know if you have any questions!
Hey @raza97 !
I’m sorry I seemed to miss this one! Are you still experiencing this issue?
The usual cause of this error is that the CSV headers are not mapped correctly. A workaround would be to change the Accepts Email Marketing column header to simply Accepts Marketing, and then deleting the Accepts SMS Marketing column altogether. Let me know if that does the trick!
